Frequently asked questions about translation
Answers to the questions we receive most often from companies: prices, files, deadlines, languages and confidentiality.
Frequently asked questions
Prices and quotes
How is the price of a translation determined?
The price depends on languages, subject area, volume, complexity and deadline. We send you a quote after we analyze the document. Also read how translation prices are calculated.
Can I calculate the price of a translation myself?
For Word documents, take the word count of the document and multiply it by the rate of the package you choose. The result is usually higher than the final price, because it does not include discounts. For other files, request a free quote.
What is the repetitions discount?
Identical segments that appear several times in a file or across several files are charged only once, for example repeated table headers.
What is a translation memory?
Previous translations are stored in bilingual files, and repeated phrases in later projects can be discounted.
Can I use existing translations to pay less?
Yes, if the previous translations are of good quality and the source formatting matches. We then create a translation memory and discount the parts that have already been translated.
Can I test the service before ordering?
Yes. Every package includes a test page, so you can see the quality before starting the project. See our packages.

Which languages do you translate?
From any language into any language, through native-speaker translators. The website is available in Romanian, English, Italian and French, but our services are not limited to these languages.
